Physical Description: Emiko wears a long sweater, a winter hat, a necklace, white long socks, slippers, a black bra, and white panties. For sleeping Emiko wears nothing. Often times the family that found will try to get her to wear something else but they have only ever gotten her to wear the bra and once in awhile some shorts. The reasoning for her wearing only those clothes are when the family found her in the crater on the mountain it was all they had for extra clothing. Much like how a baby will get attached to a blanket Emiko is attached to her clothing. Luckily the family was able to find three or four pairs of everything so she can change in some way. Something that Emiko wears even in the bath is a necklace with a flower on it. It was a gift from an elderly lady who said that Emiko was different in more ways then she knew.

Personality: Emiko is a cute, curious, odd, out going, genius, mute girl. After being reborn and losing all memories everything seems new to Emiko even after a few months of being with a family. Since she was taken in Emiko has yet to speak although the reason is unknown. Being able to understand complex puzzles in seconds along with being able to learn things at a incredible rate the family realized that Emiko is very intelligent. Just like most smart things Emiko is also very curious. Being like a toddler in most ways Emiko is very outgoing as she has almost no fear an example is her just kissing a girl she likes. Something that is notable with Emiko is she is a bit off even if she is like a toddler in some ways.

Likes: Cute girls, not wearing pants/skirts, and grilled fish.

Dislikes: Boys, wearing uncomfortable clothing, and not being able to eat when she wants.

-Relationship/Crushes: Emiko only likes girls since before her rebirth she was a male. This is also how she got her nickname ‘Yuri’ cause she very obviously likes girls.

Other Facts: She can stare into the sun and still see fine often scaring people when she just stares at the sun yet doesn’t go blind.

History: A long time ago there were two powerful phoenix’s that lived on the very tip of a great mountain. The two were siblings although the brother was much older then the sister. As time passed neither of these great birds had any worries. They grew old and then would turn to ashes only to be reborn again. This cycle could have continued forever until the presence of humans. A village soon appeared near the mountain and this caused the two great birds to investigate. Yet whenever they came close all the people ran for their lives hiding in fear while some of them would shoot arrows up at the great birds. Being still curious the sister decided to give up most of her power to make them both into humans. Joining the village the two Phoenix’s learned the way of the humans having no problems adapting. Yet as the people aged and the Phoenix’s did not the humans began to question the two. Realizing that the life span of a human was so much shorter then that of their own the brother and sister began wondering what to do. Soon enough though the people became so suspicious of the two that they captured them. Calling them witches the two Phoenix’s were to be burned at the stake. Yet when the humans lit the fire the siblings fled there human bodies flying away back up into the mountain. Yet the sister Phoenix became weak. She had seen that the future for her would be filled with running away from humans or ending up becoming a monster. Not wanting this she let herself turn to ashes when injured yet did not come back out of them. Feeling lost and alone the brother Phoenix was unsure of what to do. As what seemed to be hundreds of years later the lone Phoenix had grown tired of fighting off humans or running away. Taking its last breath the Phoenix felt ready to just die. Yet right before he turned to ashes a young girl called out to the great Phoenix. Being curious the Phoenix decided to check it out before he would die. Finding the young girl he asked in a very old voice, “What is it you want young human? I am tired and old and have no more interest in fighting or running.” The young girl seemed different though even before she spoke, “Old and wise Phoenix I have not come to fight or chase you away but merely to help you.” Laughing at her the Phoenix had a hard time believing that the young girl could actually help him. His curiosity though led him to listening more to what the young girl had to say. The girl said she had found a way to turn the last Phoenix into a human being forever without having to sacrifice all of their power as the Phoenix’s sister had to do. Being skeptical yet curious the Phoenix decided to follow the young girl in hopes that he could leave his life of solitude once and for all. This young girl though knew that it would take time to make the potion that would help the phoenix. Over 75 years passed when finally the young girl who had aged greatly and the Phoenix who had become attached to the now old lady finally were done with the potion. Yet the Phoenix was scared to drink the potion for he could assume that he would be reborn yet still would live on forever. Knowing that the human he had grown attached to would age and die as he would live on haunted him. The old woman though did not want the Phoenix to fade to ashes as she herself was selfish in she wanted to see him live on. So she slipped him the potion one night and when the bird fell asleep he turned to ashes. In shock to what she had done the old lady collected the ashes and went the mountain top. Making her prayers she released the ashes then went home. Unknown to her the ashes formed and created a human although something changed. He was now a she. Waking as though a new born child the girl lay on the mountain in a whole new world having no memories. Luckily for her a large family that had been traveling found the naked confused speechless girl and took her in. Having no idea whom she was they figured that she was some sort of gift from the heavens as it would explain her ability to control fire with her fingers, heal cuts in seconds, and to learn so much so fast yet to never speak a word. Becoming part of the family quickly they gave her a name. Emiko also began to become part of society as the family owned many grills throughout Konoha. Deep down inside of the mute girl is a fire and a power that just sits waiting till the girl gets hurt to cover her in ashes and heal her wounds. To consume her enemies in a flame that no water can put out and to even cause her feelings towards men to feel different then when around girls.
